1. How can I identify transactions to and from NgeNge on my credit card or bank statement?

    In most cases, deposits and withdrawals will be processed by ngenge. If the payment is processed by a third party, ngenge will not appear on the bank statement. If you do not recognize the company that appears on your bank/card statement, please contact support to confirm.
